1.Balanced Nutrition: Given the fact that “you become what you eat”, balanced nutrition is the key to start a healthy lifestyle journey. Your food of choice must be easily accessible, affordable, and local food from your country of origin. Once you start consuming balanced nutrition in your daily routine, your journey towards the “Natural ways of present and future diseases ” starts So choosing your food wisely. The best parameter to find healthy food for you is to eat local food. Don’t go with the flow, media advertisements, and fancy cultures that are not yours. Try to be keep updated with your origin. Practice mindful, clean, and guilt-free eating.

2. Physical activity: So when you are done with ensuring balanced nutrition for your body and mind, You need some sort of body movement, not necessarily the extensive exercises but at least a mindful walk every day that is essential for your hormones to work properly .not to mention weight management.

3. Adequate sleep: When you eat well and balance your weight by body movement/exercises, you need to sleep well. You should not compromise with your sleep. Deep sleep is very important for managing your weight and detoxification of the body/rejuvenation of the cellular process. When you walk or do extensive exercises, you just activate the muscles of your body but to lose extra weight and to detox the toxins from your body, you need to sleep properly because these processes happen when you reward yourself with a night of good sleep.

4. Emotional detox and mental health: When you ensure all these three pillars -Balanced nutrition. Body movement, adequate sleep, you need to provide food for your mind too. That’s why you need to make your own emotional detox. This detox is something related to your passion that makes you feel good. For me, it’s “ME TIME”, listening to my favorite music and singing out loud to release the unavoidable stress. Writing is another hobby that I do put of passion and profession. Let’s get the hell out of the idea of meditation at a dark place with candles for mental health. Anything can work as an emotional detox, just find your ones. Sometimes a crowded place can make you feel good that you never know. So, don’t limit the idea of having emotional detox from so-called mediation. Cooking at the weekend is my type of emotional detox, trust me. Just find your passion and what you are good at.
