Very slowly, your body shape will change until you are a man or a woman. The time it takes for your body to change is called Puberty when a child goes through many types of changes: physical, sexual, intellectual, emotional, and social. As a result, mental health can be disrupted due to lack of knowledge on it that may have long run consequences.
